• What are these things made out of?
  That depends. We offer both miniatures used for gaming and larger accessories and fidgets. The miniatures are made of an ultraviolet light cured resin. Most of the larger items are made from PLA, a plastic made from cornstarch. We do offer custom orders the choice to use ABS plastic, which is much more heat resistant than PLA.
• How long does it take to ship things to me?
  Resin prints currently have a 3 to 5 day wait time as they are printed on demand. Larger items have 5 to 7 day timeframe because they take longer to create. Please contact us if you need something in a shorter time frame.
  Please note: These time frames do not apply to any of the preorder items.
• Do you offer custom colors?
  Yes! We have access to a large list of colors and oftentimes test new colors and filaments. Please reach out via the Contact page for a custom order.
• Are these safe?
  To a point. As with all small products, there is the risk of choking if you put them in your mouth. In addition, the resin items are cleaned in isopropyl alcohol and may carry left over reside from the cleaning. For the larger items, parts can be broken off and increase risk of choking. We test and adjust our products carefully as we have children that think some of these things are great fun. We do everything in our power to make our products safe but please exercise best judgement.

Modular Tables, Displays, and Carrying Cases Specific FAQs

• Why are these preorder only?
  These items are multi-piece, multi-color, and sometimes multi-material. The smallest size table we offer has over 150 pieces! This means a large amount of time actually creating the pieces.
• Why are the preorders non-refundable?
  Due to the customization inherent to the multi-piece products we carry, we can't always use the parts for someone else's creation if an order is cancelled. The preorder functions as a material deposit.
• Can I purchase this on layaway?
  Yes! The remainder of the purchase price will be billed separately through PayPal. We offer the ability to make payments of your choice on the bill, which is entirely refundable should you need to cancel your order for whatever reason.
• Can I use Affirm or Klarna?
  At this time, we cannot directly offer loans through services like Affirm or Klarna. We do know that Affirm can offer a temporary card to purchase and pay for products through their site. Please let us know if you would like to pay for a preorder product in one payment.
